Dr. Morvai received her bachelor’s degree and President's award for honors in Biochemistry from Ohio State University. She continued to get her medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine. In addition, Dr. Morvai completed her residency at St. Mary’s Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
A compassionate approach to medicine has been the guiding force of every interaction Dr. Morvai has with her patients. Don Perlo, MD

We would like to welcome Dr. Donald Perlo, MD to our team! Dr. Perlo will be joing our practice in February 2024. He is an Internal Medicine doctor with over 20 year of experience. He graduated from Harvard with an AB degree in anthropolgy, then went to Tufts University where he graduated with his post-baccalaureate in pre-med courses, he then earned his medical degree at Jefferson medical College in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Perlo will be seeing patients on Monday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's. His hobbies include: Running, cycling, hiking, learning to play fiddle and flute, writing, making maple syrup and canning jams in season. He also loves a great Broadway musical; old George Carlin, Monty Python, and SCTV clips; and delighting his kids with Dad jokes. Dr. Perlo sees patients ages 18 & up.

Courtney Testani, MD
Family Medicine Physician located in Arlington, MA
Dr. Testani is a board-certified family medicine physician originally from Trumbull, Connecticut. She earned her undergraduate degree from Denison University, where she majored in Biology, minored in Spanish, and was a standout student-athlete on the field hockey team. Her dedication on and off the field earned her a place on the National Academic All-American Squad.
She went on to receive her medical degree from Campbell University, where she was honored with the Overall Distinguished Clinical Scholar Award in Family Medicine for her graduating class. Dr. Testani then completed her residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where she served as chief resident and pursued a concentration in women’s health.
Dr. Testani is passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate care to individuals and families. Her special interests include women’s health, sports medicine, pediatrics, mental health, and addressing the social determinants of health.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Testani enjoys running, reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her cat.

Elizabeth (Liz) Myers, NP
Family Nurse Practitioner located in Arlington, MA
Elizabeth (Liz) Myers is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a master’s degree from Simmons University, where she was recognized for both academic and clinical excellence. She brings more than 15 years of hospital-based nursing experience and nearly a decade of academic leadership as a clinical instructor at Simmons. Liz offers a holistic, patient-centered approach to care that integrates clinical expertise, education, and a global health perspective.
Before entering advanced practice, Liz served as a Peace Corps Volunteer and earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from UMass Amherst—experiences that continue to shape her thoughtful, inclusive, and community-oriented approach to health and healing. Her commitment to excellence was honored through her selection as class speaker and recipient of the Pauline Wheble Tripp Award for outstanding academic and professional achievement.
Liz is passionate about building strong relationships with patients and empowering them to make informed decisions about their health. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, staying active, reading, and reconnecting with nature.

Sarah Rizzo, PA-C

Sarah Rizzo, PA-C, completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at St. Michael's College in Burlington, VT, and then went on to her Masters program in Physician Assistant at Salus University in Philadelphia, PA. Upon graduation she moved to the greater Boston area to be with her husband and start her career. She spent the first 7 years at a Family Practice in Newburyport and has moved to Arlington Family Practice to be closer to home after having three children. She looks forward to continuing to provide compassionate care for the whole family.

Kara Burlbaugh, PA-C

We would like to welcome Kara Burlbaugh, PA-C to our practice! Kara is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she completed her Bachelor's Degree in 2019 at the University of Pittsburgh in Rehabilitation Sciences. She then went to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she completed her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Salus University in 2023. She was valedictorian of her class and was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for her significant academic achievements, service, and high standard of character.
She just moved to Boston in 2023 and is excited to explore the area and experience everything Boston has to offer! She is passionate about providing comprehensive and compassionate care for your whole family and is looking forward to making long lasting, meaningful relationships. Kara is excited to care for patients of all genders and ages, and has a special interest in women's health and preventative care. Outside of work, she enjoys curling up with a good book, going on walks with her new dog, Mila, and spending time with family and friends.

Emily Auger, PA-C
Certified Physician Assistant located in Arlington, MA
Emily Auger graduated with a BS in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University in 2009. She went on to obtain a master’s degree in medical science from Salus University in 2013. She practiced primary care in Rhode Island until 2019 and then New Hampshire until 2022. Her most recent position was held as an assistant professor at the Mass College of Pharmacy physician assistant program from 2022-2024, where she taught primary care and psychiatry. She is eager to get back to patient care and we are excited to have her on board.
Emily values the provider/patient relationship based in trust and respect. She develops a collaborative relationship with her patients and values the time spent in the room themost. She also loves to teach both academic and clinical practice in medicine to students and staff. Her special interests include diabetes, hypertension, preventative medicine, and LGBTQ care.
Emily also has expertise in mental health and provides compassionate care for those struggling with depression and anxiety. Emily was born and raised in Massachusetts and is happy to be back in her home state. She is an avid Boston sports fan and Red Sox season ticket holder. She has two young children and loves spending time with.
